Our Basil Essence Olive Oil is created with just three ingredients; freshly picked basil leaves, extra virgin olive oil and love. Our olive trees grow alongside fields of herbs, flowers and fruits. It is from here that basil is picked by hand, washed and then dried in the Greek sunshine before being infused into our olive oil, creating a deliciously smooth product.
Greek Thyme Essence
You will be sure to adore our infused thyme oil’s strong, earthy flavors. This versatile infusion can be enjoyed on its own with a good quality crusty bread or in savory dishes such as frittatas, grilled chicken and quiche!
Greek Nectarine Essence
Greece is known to produce delicious nectarines and what better way to enjoy the flavor than in our refreshingly fruity nectarine infused olive oil. This flavoured olive oil perfectly combines the best of olives and nectarines. It is made by cold pressing the olives together with the nectarines resulting in this incredibly aromatic and fruity olive oil infusion.
Greek Mint Essence
Our fragrant and delicious mint oil is made from mint leaves fully immersed into hand crafted, extra virgin olive oil within hours of being harvested.
After being allowed to infuse for several days, the mint is discarded and the oil is bottled without delay. In this way we can capture the cool and delectable freshness the mint provides.
