Our fragrant and delicious mint oil is made from mint leaves fully immersed into hand crafted, extra virgin olive oil within hours of being harvested. 
After being allowed to infuse for several days, the mint is discarded and the oil is bottled without delay.  In this way we can capture the cool and delectable freshness the mint provides.
